If the job requires a site visit, simply arrange a time for me to see the property. I am available by phone or email 7 days. I visit the property, take a brief and write the ads. Conversely, if you wish to supply me with the property details, I’ll research and write it for you. Turn-around is usually 24 hours from the site visit, providing I have all the necessary information. I email the listing for your approval and revise if necessary.
